There is an endless option for biking in the region of Tarvisio. If you are an experienced biker, we assume you can find suitable routes for yourself better than we can. In this list, we are more focused on families with children which means routes that are mostly on dedicated cycling routes or roads that have no heavy traffic. Feel free to adjust the length, and start/end of the trial based on your personal preference.

This is arguably one of the nicest parts of the Alpe Adria cycling route. Created from a former railway, this route is completely dedicated to cyclists and thus safe even for children. On your journey, you will ride across bridges, tunnels, beautiful landscapes, and small villages which will be a perfect place to have some refreshment.

There will be multiple options for you to have some refreshment on this route as there is some village that can serve you. Make sure you choose the right direction.
