What to do when it is raining and you are in Italian Julian Alps
Sometimes it is raining during your holiday. But let´s not let it spoil it and as they say - There's not a bad weather, just a poorly dressed tourist. For this reason, we have prepared waterproof ponchos for our guests in the apartment, so you can visit any of the numerous waterfalls in the region. Fun and wellness in Drautalperle

Kletterhalle Villach - indoor climbing center
A perfect place to hide from harsh outdoor conditions and still enjoy fun moving your body. The Villach climbing center hall is a modern, year-round indoor sports center. On around 2000 m2 of climbing area, you can enjoy climbing on around 200 climbing routes and 80 bouldering options with heights ranging from 4 to 16,5 meters. Check for more details here

Raibl geomineral park
For centuries, the Raibl mine – Cave del Predil (Predil Caves) were one of the most important lead and zinc mines in Europe. Closed down in 1990, it has now become the International Geomineral Park of International of Raibl, memorial of mine labour workers as well as tourist and educational tourist site.
The old mine consisted of a network of 120 km of tunnels spread over 19 levels that went down 520 metres deep. Today, you can visit some of the spaces inside, going through part of the galleries on foot or aboard an electric train. The tour allows to discover the minerals and the mining techniques, but above all to understand the hard work of thousands of miners who had been working for centuries in the “bowels” of the Earth.
